Kindly ensure you have read everything below. Proceeding to commission me means that you have read and understood my terms and conditions.
terms of service
I accept USD and PHP (PH prices included). Payment shall be made through PayPal or GCash (PH clients only).
You will need to pay upfront before I start working on your commission.
I have a trello board available if you're curious about the current progress of your commission!
Please tell me all the revisions needed when I send you the sketch. After the sketching phase, I won't revise anything major. I ask you to be very specific/nitpicky here so as to prevent messaging back and forth.
If you want your commission to be finished at a certain date, inform me. The quicker I need to work on it, the higher the rush fee.
ALL commissions are digital goods, therefore no physical goods will be shipped.
Please note that I am still a student! I tend to work slowly due to this, but you can poke me for updates.
Wait time for commissions are usually 1~3 months. Any longer and I will notify you. As much as possible, please do not pester me for weekly updates. You may, however, ask for an update AT LEAST every 2 weeks.
I'm the type of artist who likes to draw for myself after finishing a commission. I may also not follow the order in doing commissions to prevent myself from being stuck on one piece while delaying the rest. Please do not commission me if you're not okay with that.
I reserve all rights to decline your commission if I believe I cannot do it.

For commissions to be used for BUSINESS PURPOSES, please send me the full details of what you want via my contacts below so we can discuss the price.
refunds
If I have not yet started, you get a 100% refund.
If I have only done the sketch, you receive a 75% refund.
If I have done the lineart, you receive a 50% refund.
If I have started coloring, you receive a 25% refund.
If I have finished on your commission, no refund will be given. However, I can make minor adjustments and fix major mistakes committed on my behalf.
